SUMMARY OF CRASH:  On 03/14/17 at approximately 0630 hrs. the Vermont State Police were dispatched to a report of a car off the road on Parker Hill Road in the town of Rockingham. Upon arrival troopers found no one with the vehicle, a 2004 Dodge Intrepid, which was off the south side of Parker Hill Road approximately half a mile east of Lawrence Hill Road. Vehicle #1 sustained moderate front end damage as a result of sliding into the ditch. Weather at the time consisted of moderate snow and the roadway was snow-covered and slippery. Follow-up investigation revealed that Tasha Tenney, age 31, of Springfield had been the operator of the vehicle. Tenney's privilege to operate a motor vehicle in the state of Vermont was suspended for a past DUI conviction in 2006 so she was issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court-Criminal Division on 04/25/17.
