SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Vermont State Police is investigating the theft of a large set of heavy-duty jumper cables. These cables were taken from a Townshend residents garage during the overnight hours of March 29 into March 30, 2017. The cables weigh approximately 100 pounds and are approximately thirty-two feet in length. Anyone with information of suspicious activity in the area or about this burglary is encouraged to contact the Vermont State Police at
