SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

After a thorough investigation by the Vermont State Police, Jason Bonds was arrested today, March 16, 2017 at approximately 10:40 hours at the Westminster Barracks for lewd and lascivious conduct with a juvenile victim.  Bond was issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on March 28, 2017 at 08:30 hours.  Once Bond received his citation he was released into the custody of Federal Agents for an unrelated offense.
