SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 03/17/2017 at 1138 hours, Vermont State Police took a

report of a violation of an abuse prevention order at 989 Saxtons River Road in

the Town of Rockingham. Upon further investigation, it was learned that Jeffrey

Bacon, 46, of Hinsdale, NH. had committed 1st degree aggravated domestic assault

on the victim during the evening of 03/16/2017. Bacon resisted Troopers efforts

to be taken into custody and was also found in possession of regulated drugs.
