SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On March 28, 2017, at approximately 1900 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a investigatory motor vehicle stop on a vehicle operated by Brandon Domina. A Vermont DMV registration check indicated Domina's license was expired. The record check also indicated an ignition interlock device was required in any vehicle he operated.

 

While speaking with Domina Troopers suspected he was under the influence of intoxicants. Investigation led to the arrest of Domina for suspicion of DUI. It was also determined Domina had been operating the vehicle without an interlock device present. This resulted in an additional criminal charge of driving while license suspended.
