Search Warrant: Stolen Vehicle Recovery

 

VICTIM: Philip Katon

AGE: 50

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Milton, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

  On March 27, 2017 at approximately 1400 hours Vermont State Troopers assigned

to the St. Albans Barracks executed a search warrant at a residence on Cook Road

in the town of Highgate, VT. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing

Auto-Theft case. 

 

  A 2000 Chevrolet Blazer was recovered from the property on Cook Road and later

returned to the owner, Philip Katon of Milton. 

 

  This case remains active pending further investigation.

 

 

COURT ACTION: Not at this time.
