SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 1/30/2017 at approximately 1845 hours, The Vermont State Police received a
call from Eric Belknap of Waterford,VT about a stolen skidder. Belknap said on
1/28/17, he went up to a property he had been working on, and noticed his 1984
Triple Six Clark skidder was not there. Belknap advised this incident occurred
sometime between 12/06/16 and 01/28/17. Any information on the stolen skidder,
