SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

In November, 2016, the Washington County Special Investigation Unit investigated a complaint of 20-year-old Timothy Landry soliciting a juvenile female through social media. An arrest warrant was issued for Landry, and on March 10, 2017, Barre City Police Department arrested Landry on said warrant. He was arraigned in the Washington County Superior Court on charges of Luring a child. Landry was released on conditions following his arraignment.
