SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 03/28/17, at 1405 hours, the Vermont State Police received a report of a theft of items at the Price Chopper store located on Memorial Dr. in the Town of St. Johnsbury, VT.

 

Upon further investigation, Tiffany Simard of East Haven, VT, was found shoplifting items from the store valued at approximately $30.00. Simard was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia Court on 05/08/17, for the offense.
