VIOLATION: Sale of cocaine (1) count

AGE: 35

VIOLATION: Sale of heroin (2) counts

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: 

 

In the Week of March 6th – March 10th the Vermont Drug Task force arrested Darlene Derby and Michael Akey for the sale of cocaine and heroin respectively. The arrest came as part of an ongoing investigation in Windham County. Both Derby and Akey were cited to appear in Windham Superior Court Criminal Divisions to answer to the charges. The Vermont Drug Task force was assisted by the Brattleboro Police Department.
