Updated report:

During the initial investigation it was reported that Mr. Titus was not wearing
a helmet at the time of the crash. However, after further investigation to
include a report from the Chief Medical Examiner's Office it was discovered that
initial findings were incorrect and Mr. Titus was in fact wearing a helmet.
