Traffic Stop in Derby for failure to yield to emergency lights and siren

On 3/29/2017 at approximately 0800 hours Vermont State Police encountered a motor vehicle on interstate 91 that wasn’t yielding to an emergency vehicle. The vehicle was followed by an unmarked State Police Cruiser with blue lights and siren at a safe speed to the Wal-Mart parking lot where it was determined the operator was suffering from some sort of medical condition. No arrest made and no tickets issued. Subjects name will not be released.
