SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 03-29-17, at approximately 1700 hours, State Police initiated a traffic stop on Route 104, Saint Albans near the Interstate Access Road.  The operator of the vehicle was identified as Caleb Newton. Subsequent investigation revealed that Newton had a criminally suspended license and had current Conditions of Release forbidding him from driving a vehicle.  Furthermore, Newton had an active arrest warrant for failing to appear for a court appearance.  Newton was later lodged on the arrest warrant and issued a citation to appear in the Franklin County Court on 05-08-17 for violating his Conditions of Release and Driving License Suspended.
