SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02-27-17, at approximately 1231 hours, Vermont State

Police began investigating a motor vehicle collision involving a single vehicle

and the West Topsham Post Office. During the course of the investigation Judd

was found to have provided false information in an attempt to deflect the

investigation. On 03-13-17, Judd was Arrested and released on a Citation to

appear at the Superior Court of Vermont, Orange County.
