DATE/TIME: March 27, 2017 at approximately 1807 hours.

INCIDENT LOCATION: The Georgia Park and Ride in Georgia, VT.

VIOLATION: Driving While License Suspended.

 

ACCUSED: Dustin Brunelle                                       

AGE: 30

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Georgia, VT.

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 27, 2017 at approximately 1807 hours the Vermont State Police received a report of a red Lincoln Town Car, at the Maplefields Gas Station in Georgia, VT, that did not have any registration plates. The Vermont State Police located the vehicle at the Georgia Park and Ride. The operator was identified as Dustin Brunelle, 30, from Georgia, VT. Brunelle's driver's license was criminally suspended. Brunelle also had an active warrant for his arrest for misdemeanor Failure to appear. Brunelle was taken into custody and transported to the Northwest State Correctional Facility where he was lodged on $300.00 bail.
