SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On March 19th, 2017, at approximately 1209 hours, a motor vehicle stop was performed on US RT 2 in Alburgh near Jarvis Ave after a DMV check on the license plate showed both registered owners with suspended licenses. The operator was identified as Roderick Larocque, and a final DMV check confirmed he is Criminally Suspended.   A licensed family member took the vehicle and Larocque was released with a citation to appear in Grand Isle County Superior Court on May 3rd at 0830 hrs for Criminal DLS.
