SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On March 27, 2017, the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks began a fraud investigation in the Town of Ira, Vermont.  Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Gregory Miller forged three checks in his father’s name for a total value of $2,300.00. Gregory cashed all three checks and made several ATM withdrawals with his father’s debit card, where he identified himself as David Miller.  Gregory was brought to the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks for further processing and was cited to appear in Rutland County Superior Court Criminal Division on May 22, 2017 at 0830 hours.
