VIOLATION: Excessive Speed and Negligent Operation

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 3-31-17, Troopers from the Royalton Barracks stopped Weston for traveling 100 mph in a 65 mph zone. Road conditions were quickly deteriorating due to the inclement weather and Troopers were responding to other crashes in the area. Weston was issued a criminal citation to appear in Windsor Superior Criminal Court to answer to the offenses of excessive speed and negligent operation.
