SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, Vermont State Police was advised of an erratic operator traveling on VT RT 17 in the town of Fayston, VT. Troopers were able to stop the above vehicle on VT RT 17 next to the Mad River Glen.  Upon further investigation, Mr. Decoff was arrested for suspicion of Driving under the Influence. Decoff had a Preliminary Breath Test of 180%. Martin was detox at  ACT 1
