SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On March 3, 2017, at 0736 hours, the Vermont State Police was notified of a motor vehicle crash involving a school bus with children on board on Rounds Rd in the town of Georgia. Upon arrival, the school bus was parked along the side of the road and the Ford sedan was parked at the end of a driveway. There were two children and one aid onboard the school bus in addition to the bus driver.  Investigation revealed that the Ford sedan reversed out of the driveway as the school bus was driving past making rounds for school pickup. The bus was struck by the Ford sedan but continued for several more feet causing body damage to the sedan. There were no injuries and all parties refused medical attention. The sedan sustained damage to the rear left panel and the trunk while the school bus received a sizeable scuff mark to the rear right corner.
