ACCUSED: Allison Stuhlmueller

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Rutland, VT.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 03/17/2017, at approximately 2000 hours, the Vermont State Police responded

to a seasonal camp on Fox Lane in the Town of Leicester. The owner of the camp

had contacted Troopers and said there was a vehicle in the driveway, and no one

was supposed to be at the camp.

Troopers responded to the camp but the vehicle was not located. Troopers looked

inside of the camp and observed signs which indicated someone had been living

inside for several days. Troopers checked all the seasonal camps on Fox Lane and

all were closed for the winter. Troopers left the camp and remained in the area

in an attempt to locate the vehicle.

Approximately an hour later the vehicle returned to the camp and Troopers

responded. As Troopers arrived a second vehicle with three occupants pulled onto

Fox Lane. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Allison Stuhlmueller.

Troopers questioned all occupants about their reason for being on a private road

with only seasonal camps on it. All occupants inside the vehicle had conflicting

stories about what they were doing.

Troopers then located the vehicle which was initially reported as being at the

camp. Troopers made contact with two people from Philadelphia Pennsylvania who

had been residing inside the camp for several days. After Troopers spoke with

the homeowner, Troopers learned both people inside the camp did not have

permission to be there and were removed.

Following the investigation it was determined both subjects who had been

residing in the camp had met Allison and both passengers in the City of Rutland

several hours prior. All subjects involved would not tell Troopers why they were

attempting to meet at the camp.

Following a search of Allison’s vehicle, Troopers located a prescription pill

bottle with no label with several mixed pills inside, a large bag containing marijuana

and other drug paraphernalia. The pills inside of the bottle were later

identified to be regulated substances. Allison was subsequently placed under

arrest and brought back to the New Haven Barracks. Allison was issued a citation

to appear in Addison County Criminal Court on 05/22/2017.
