SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 03/05/2017, at approximately 1811 hours, the Vermont State

Police initiated a vehicle stop on a speeding motorist on I-91 north near mile marker 6/75 in the Town of Brattleboro. The operator, Jesse S. Tocker, 27, showed signs of impairment and was asked to perform Standard Field Sobriety Exercises. Tocker provided a Preliminary Breath Test (PBT) sample of .171% BAC at roadside. Tocker was taken into custody for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Tocker was processed at the Westminster Barracks and he was subsequently released with a citation to answer to the charge of DUI.
