SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On March 5, 2017, at approximately 2204 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police- Rutland Barracks, were notified of a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of North Shrewsbury Road and US RT 7, Clarendon, Vermont. During the investigation Troopers identified operator #1 as Kourtney Stratton. While speaking to Stratton, she displayed signs of alcohol impairment, and was screened for DUI. Stratton provided a preliminary sample of her breath which was measured as 0.102% BrAC. Stratton was subsequently taken into custody, and transported to the State Police Barracks in Rutland, where she was processed for suspicion of DUI. Stratton was later released on citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later time and date.
