SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On March 9, 2017 approximately 1755 hours,  the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks, were notified of a motor vehicle crash on US Route 7  in the Town of Danby, Vermont. During the investigation  Howard Papineau was identified as the operator of vehicle #1, a 2016 Ford F150. The operator of vehicle #2, a 2015 Ford F150, was identified as Wendell Davidson. Through investigation it was found that Papineau was making a left hand turn from US Route 7 to Otter Creek Campground and failed to yield the right of way to Davidson, who was traveling north. The two operators declined medical attention at the scene. East Creek Motors assisted on the scene.
