SUMMARY OF CRASH: On March 6, 2017 VSP Williston Troopers responded to a one vehicle collision on Skunk Hollow Road in the town of Jericho. Through investigation it was found that 65 y/o Alice A. Trageser of Charlotte was traveling north on Skunk Hollow Road when she lost control of her 2015 Honda Fit. Trageser's vehicle exited the east side of the roadway where her car traveled over a six foot rock ledge and rolled over. Trageser suffered no injuries as a result of the collision. Neither speed nor impairment were contributing factors. Troopers were assisted at the scene by Essex Rescue as well as the Jericho Underhill Fire Dept. Trageser will be issued a traffic ticket for failing to maintain control of her vehicle, $220 and 4 points as the ticket resulted from a collision. Vermont State Police remind motorists to drive safely to prevent serious bodily injury and fatal collisions.
