SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 03-02-17, at approximately 0910 hours, Vermont State Police responded to a two vehicle collision on Route 122 in the town of Sheffield VT. Investigation revealed a vehicle driven by Phelps was struck from behind while stopped in traffic. Traffic was stopped at the time due to an active crash scene.

 

Cochran said that as she was traveling east she attempted to stop but due to ice covered roads collided with Phelps's vehicle. Both operators reported no injuries.
