SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 03/11/17, at 1019 hours, the Vermont State Police received a report of a collision involving two motor vehicles on Center Rd. in the Town of Corinth, VT.

 

Operator Matthew S. Manning was traveling south on Center Rd. when he crossed over into the northbound lane of travel and struck operator Friedrich Gross of Corinth, VT. Manning left the scene of the collision before police arrival.

 

Upon further investigation, Manning was found to be operating a motor vehicle while under criminal suspension and violating a court ordered conditions of release 24 hour curfew. Manning was found at his residence a short time later and arrested for violating his curfew. He was also charged with operating after suspension and leaving the scene of an accident.
