VIOLATION:  Negligent Operation

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:  St. Albans, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On 3/1/17 at approximately 14:12, Kendra Mitchell was operating a maroon Ford F-250 on RT 104 in Fairfax.  She passed a vehicle in front of her, nearly missing a vehicle traveling in the oncoming lane.  Mitchell was stopped by State Police a short distance away, and was issued a citation for Negligent Operation.
