VIOLATION: RFA Violation

 

ACCUSED: Michel Neveau                                               

AGE: 27

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Williamstown, VT

 

VICTIM: NA

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 3/8/17 at approximately 1612 hrs, Troopers from the

Vermont State Police - Royalton stopped a vehicle near Mile Marker 21 North on

I89 for an expired inspection sticker. Further investigation into the stop

revealed the operator had an active Relief from Abuse Order against the

passenger, Michel Neveau. Neveau was arrested and processed for Violating the

Relief from Abuse Order.
