SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On the above date and time State Police received a report of a single vehicle off of the roadway on its roof on Vermont Route 14 in the Town of Elmore. Injuries were reported. There were four occupants in the vehicle and it was determined through investigation that Nina Isabelle of Elmore was the operator. Alcohol did not appear to be a factor. The reason for the crash is still under investigation. The Vermont State Police were assisted by Morristown Police Department.
