SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On March 9th, 2017 at approximately 0124 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop on Route 15 in the City of Essex after observing a motor vehicle violation. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Kenyon E. Desranleau. A records check showed Desranleau’s license was criminally suspended. Desranleau was transported to the Williston Barracks for processing, and was cited and released to answer to the charge.
