SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

 

Operator #1, received several Vermont Civil Violation Complaint's for No

Insurance and  Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed for Conditions and Hazards,a

violation of Title 23 Vermont Statutes Annotated Section 800a, 1081

 

 

On 3/22/17 at 8:44 A.M the Vermont State Police responded to a tractor trailer

truck versus car crash on VT RTE 14 in the town of Irasburg. Operator #1 Hall

had been traveling south when she lost control of her vehicle crossing into the

north bound lane of travel striking vehicle #2. Operator #2 tried to go around

the vehicle which was now in his lane. Operator #1 then struck the truck in the

right tire and front bumper catching partials under the tire ripping the rear

bumper off.
