Driving License Suspended 16th Arrest

VIOLATION:Driving Licenses Suspended 16th

 

ACCUSED:Fernand Rouleau                                               

AGE:41

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:Orange, VT

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: State Police stopped Rouleau's 2000 green Ford Focus for an operating an unregistered vehicle with unassigned plates. During the stop State Police determined that Rouleau's privilege to operate a motor vehicle was suspended for a prior DUI Civil Suspension and numerous other reasons. State Police also determined that Rouleau had 15 prior Driving License Suspended convictions. Rouleau was arrested for DLS 16th, processed at Berlin PD and then released on citation to appear in Washington Superior Court on April 13, 2017.
