SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:                    

The Vermont State Police Derby Barracks is requesting the public’s assistance in investigating a theft that occurred in Westmore at approximately 0130 on 03/19/2017.

Information is requested regarding the male believed to be in his ‘30s, wearing glasses and a short beard, operating a newer model blue Toyota Tacoma with a hood scoop.  A partial truck plate was obtained, with the last 4 of the plate believed to be A922.  The first 3 digits of the plate are thought to be similar in appearance to “158”.  The suspect was last seen driving south on Route 5A in Westmore, possibly towards the Burke area at the above date and time.

The suspect is believed to be in possession of 4 stolen truck tires.  Anyone with information regarding the above details is asked to contact the VSP-Derby Barracks, Trooper Lynch, at (802) 334-8881.
