SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 03/22/2017 at approximately 1845 hours, members of the Vermont State Police were notified of a possible violation of conditions of release in North Troy, VT. After investigation, it was determined that Jordan Bowen was in violation of a curfew that was set in his conditions of release for a previous offense. Bowen was arrested and taken to the Vermont State Police Derby Barracks where he was processed and released on citation.
