VIOLATION: Excessive Speed

 

ACCUSED: David Rosenberg

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Outremont, Quebec, Canada

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

State Police apprehended motorist David Goldberg, 57 of Outremont, QC, after he passed a fully marked State Police cruiser at speeds well in excess of 100 miles per hour.  Rosenberg, traveling from the Montreal area, was speeding south on Interstate 91 South at speeds well in excess of 100 miles per hour.  Rosenberg was arrested and taken to the St. Johnsbury barracks where fingerprints and photographs were obtained before Rosenberg was released on citation to appear in Caledonia County court for arraignment on 4/17/17.
