SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

 

On March 4st  2017 at  0222 hours, State Police were notified of a single motor vehicle crash on Vermont Rt 64 near Intersate 89, Exit 5 at the south bound off ramp in Williamstown, Vermont. Investigation revealed Vehicle #1 was operated by Jay w. Belleville of Salisbury Massachusetts. Belleville left the roadway and struck the stop sign at the end of the off ramp and came to rest on top of the sign. Vehicle #1 had front bumper damage as a result of the crash. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Standard Field Sobriety Tests were administered. Belleville provided a preliminary breath sample of 0.123% BrAC. Belleville was taken back to Barre City Police Department for processing. Belleville was cited to appear in Orange County Superior Court-Criminal Division on 03/22/17.
