VIOLATION: Driving Under the Influence

 

ACCUSED: Catherine R. Feck

AGE: 30

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Mendon, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

During the evening hours of March 18th, 2017, members of the Vermont State Police were conducting routine traffic enforcement along the Killington Access Road in Killington, Vermont.

 

At approximately 2333 hours, Troopers stopped a vehicle on the Access Road near Sushi Yoshi for an observed traffic violation. The operator was identified as Catherine R. Feck, 30, of Mendon, VT.

 

Further investigation revealed that Feck was under the influence of intoxicants. Feck was screened for DUI. Feck refused to provide a preliminary breath sample (PBT).

 

Feck was transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Rutland Town for processing. Feck was issued a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division on April 3rd, 2017 at 0830 hours, to answer to the charge of DUI.
