SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: 

On 3-1-17, Vermont State Police were dispatched to a retail theft call
from the JCPenny store on Memorial Drive in the town of St. Johnsbury, VT. While
in route to JCPenny, officers saw the suspected vehicle involved in the theft,
and pulled it over. State Police made contact with the operator Ceara Concannon.
Investigation revealed that Concannon had conditions of release not to drive,
which she violated. In addition, several of the items reported as stolen were
found in her vehicle. Concannon was taken into custody and processed for
violating her conditions of release. Concannon is scheduled to appear in
Caledonia Criminal Court on 4-10-17 at 0830 hours.
