SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On the early morning of 02-01-2017, State Police were dispatched to a two vehicle crash on Route 2 near the 91 off ramp in the town of St. Johnsbury VT. Upon arrival, State Police located both vehicles blocking the right lane of Route 2 with moderate damage. Investigation revealed that Operator 1 had been traveling on the off ramp of 91, tried to stop at the stop sign however, slid right though it into the path of Vehicle 2 as it traveled East on Route 2. Operator 2 was transported to Northern Vermont Regional Hospital by CALEX Ambulance for minor injuries sustained in the crash.  Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene due to damage. State Police were assisted on the scene by St. Johnsbury Fire, and CALEX Ambulance.
