SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On February 9, 2017 at approximately 2015 hours Vermont State Police received a call reporting James Wheelock, 34 of Eden, had violated his current conditions of release. Troopers responded to the area and subsequent investigation determined Wheelock had in fact violated his conditions. He was taken into custody and processed at the Lamoille County Sheriff’s Department. Wheelock was cited to appear in Lamoille County Court on 2/13/17 to answer to the charge of Violation of Conditions of Release.
