VIOLATION:  Title 23 VSA 674: Operating after suspension or revocation of license

 

ACCUSED:  Russell A. Patch                                              

AGE:  52

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:  Mount Tabor, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 02/26/17 at approximately 0935 hours police observed Russell A. Patch operating a 2004 Chevy truck on US RT 7.  Patch’s driver’s license was listed in DMV as being criminally suspended.  Police located Patch a short while later at his residence.  Patch was issued a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Rutland Unit, on 04/03/17 to answer to the above charge.  Patch was scheduled to appear at a later date to provide his fingerprints and photographs.
