SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 02/12/2017, the Vermont State Police were conducting motor vehicle
enforcement on Panton Rd in the Town of Panton. Troopers observed a vehicle
travelling east on Panton Rd at a high rate of speed. The vehicles speed was
locked in at 84 MPH in a posted 45 MPH speed zone.

Troopers stopped the vehicle on Panton Rd and Nicholas Symula was identified as
the operator. Symula was subsequently arrested for excessive speed and
transported to the New Haven Barracks. Symula was released with a citation to
appear in Addison County Criminal Court on 03/20/2017.
