SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 15th, 2017, at

approximately 3:00 am the Vermont State Police responded to a single motor

vehicle crash on VT Route 30 near Dam Road. The operator, Benjamin Brissette 25,

of Wilmington, Vermont, was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol.

Brissette was transported to Grace Cottage Hospital at which time a blood sample

was given and Brissette was charge with DUI. He was issued a citation to appear

in Superior Court of Vermont, Criminal Division, Windham County on March 28th,

2017 to answer to the charge of DUI.
