CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Ware, MA

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/26/2017 at 1915 hours Vermont State Police responded

to Interstate 91 North in the area of mile marker 3 over 30 for a reported motor

vehicle accident with injuries. Upon arrival the operator was identified as

Francis D. Noble. Noble displayed signs of alcohol impairment and was screened

for DUI. Noble provided a preliminary breath sample of .165% BrAC. Noble was

taken into custody and transported to the Westminster State Police barracks for

processing. Noble was released to a sober adult and issued a citation to appear

in Windham Superior Court Criminal Division on 03/14/2017 to answer to the

charge of DUI.
