SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On February 22nd, 2017 at approximately 1244 hours, Vermont State Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. The operator was identified as Anne Maclaurin (age 64) of Manchester, Vermont. Maclaurin displayed signs of impairment throughout the course of the motor vehicle stop. Maclaurin refused to provide a preliminary breath sample and was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Shaftsbury, where she was processed for suspicion of DUI. Maclaurin was later released on citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later time and date.
