SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 6, 2017, at approximately 2000 hours, Troopers from the Rutland Barracks conducted a motor vehicle stop on Vermont Route 22A in the Town of West Haven, Vermont.
Through investigation it was determined the operator, Dustin Brunelle, had a criminally suspended driver’s license. Brunelle was transported to the Castleton Police Department, to be fingerprinted and photographed. Brunelle was issued a citation to appear on March 13th, 2017 at the Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, to answer to the charge of operating with a criminally suspended license.
