SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On the above date and time, State Police responded to a report of a motor

vehicle crash located at the intersection of VT RTE 12 and Shady Rill Road, in

the town of Middlesex, Vermont.  The operator, identified by her Vermont Drivers

License as Bonnie Mullaney, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. A

preliminary breath test resulted in a BAC of .138%. Mullaney was taken into

custody and issued a citation for DUI. She is scheduled to appear in Washington

County Superior Court - Criminal Division on 02/23/2017.
