SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 02-08-17, at approximately 0850 hours, Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle collision on Interstate 91 south, in the town of Norwich. The operator reported that as he was traveling south, he drove over ice, and lost control of his vehicle. The operator said that he was traveling right at 65 MPH at the time of the collision. He reported no injuries and the vehicle was towed from the scene due to damage.
