VIOLATION: DUI, Title 23 VSA 1201

 

ACCUSED: Caitlyn A. Conley                                                                                   

AGE: 28

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Chicopee, Ma

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/06/2017 at approximately 0304 hours Vermont State Police, Westminster PSAP received a report of a vehicle traveling on the wrong side of the road, traveling southbound on US 91 in the northbound lanes, in the area of exit 6. Troopers from the Westminster barracks located the vehicle and were able to get it stopped on US 91. The operator of the vehicle, Caitlyn A. Conley, age 28 of Chicopee, MA was found to have consumed alcohol and was administered field sobriety exercises. Conley provided a preliminary sample of her breath which was measured as 0.344% BrAC. Conley was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and processed at the Westminster Barracks. Ms. Conley was released on a citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division for arraignment on February 14, 2017 at 8:00 am.
